Itinerary

Day 1Airport -Masai mara

Pick up from the airport/your hotel at 0800hrs and drive through The Great African Rift Valley to arrive in time for lunch at Jambo Mara Safari lodge. An evening game drive will follow to explore the outstanding sanctually famous for it’s big numbers of wildebeests, lions, elephants, buffaloes and other animals of the same order. The Lodge blends in perfetly with its surrounding hillside landscape. The accent here is on the Masai people and the fabulous wealth of wildlife, birdlife, and natural flora to be found in here. Drive back to the camp for Dinner and overnight.

N/B: If an accommodation is fully booked, we’ll suggest a comparable alternative. One can choose a more luxurious camp or lodge but with a higher rate.

Day 2Masai Mara Full Day Game Drive

Set off early for a morning game drive to witness the animal kingdom at its most active hour, on your way to the famous Mara river where thousands of wildebeest and Zebras cross from Serengeti to Masai mara each year. Search for the park’s large populations of wildebeest, rhinoceros, buffaloes, lions, leopards, elephants, hippos, cheetahs, zebras, impalas, gazelles, hartebeests, warthogs, ostriches, topis and Masai giraffe. Enjoy packed lunch inside the park surrounded by beautiful sceneries and wildlife. Alternatively you can choose to have a morning and evening game drive with a lunch break at the lodge. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

N/B: On this day a ballon ride can be organised for an extra cost of USD500 per person.

Day 3Masai mara -Nairobi

Up relatively early for a morning game drive, a perfect time for wildlife photography. Return to the camp for breakfast and drive back to Nairobi which marks the end of this safari.

Note you can choose other accommodation like AA Lodge, Mara Sopa Lodge, Keekrok lodge, Sarova or Serena Lodge which might be more expensive than this one.
