You will depart from Nairobi in the morning and through the Eastern escarpment of the Great Rift Valley underlined by scenic agricultural highlands. Our driver tour guide will make a brief stop at the at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint to give you a chance to enjoy a breathtaking view of Mount Longonot from an altitude of 2200m above sea level. At this height Lake Naivasha- the highest point of the Rift Valley -glitters elegantly as it welcomes you to the Rift.
From here we will descend the escarpment towards Narok where we will stop for lunch and refueling before proceeding to the Masaai Mara. You will check in at the Camp where after a short refreshments break; you will proceed for evening game drive until sundown. Dinner and overnight stay at Rhino/Lenchada Tourist Camp.
Meal Plan (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)
The entire day will be spent in the expansive Masaai Mara game reserve driving across the plains in search of the big cats (lions, Cheetahs and leopards) coupled with a picnic lunch served on the banks of the Mara River. From this picnic site, you will have the chance to view vast herds of wildebeest and zebra wandering across the Mara grasslands in huge droves during this period of the annual migrations, when millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle traverse the Mara plains landscape to feed on the rich new lush grass from the Serengeti.
You are assured of spotting hyenas, lions, leopards and jackals scouring the plains in ravening anticipation of their next meal. If you are lucky, you might just get a chance to witness wildebeests giving birth or a crossing at river Mara where crocodiles snatch and prey on wildebeest and zebras as they cross.

After an early morning breakfast, you will proceed to an ACZ Safaris early game drive to witness the predators during their most active hours. Later at around 9am depart Masai Mara for Nairobi with lunch at either Narok or Mai Mahiu, arriving in the late afternoon or evening. You will be dropped at a hotel of your choice or be transferred back to the airport to catch a flight to the next destination.
